formating a hdd for my ps2. alot people would go onto the computer to do it, but thats what i dont understand. Why dont they just put the hdd into there ps2 and format it with the disk there. cause thats waht i did and it seems to work good. what i dont like about formating on the computer is that is takes along time and if you computer suxs than than is takes even longer and you have a higher chnace or screwing it up. so i dont understand why people would format it on there computer because you can just pop the hdd into your ps2 insert you disk (hd advanced or hd loader) and format it in like 5 seconds
