Help swapping Xbox mother boards

I need help swapping mother boards from two xboxes, but the problem is this, the plug that goes from the power board to the mother board is different on the two. I have version 1.2/1.3 of the plug and i'm going to put the mother board that's 1.0 in mine. How do I make the plug from my xbox fit in the socket of version 1.0 plug?

If no one knows what i'm talking about this is what i'm talking about, heres some pictues:

There are power supplies that have two connections for the motherboard in xboxes. Couldn't you just change the power supply to one of that nature so it's compatible?
