Im trying to make a backup of "Gone In 60 Seconds" (the new one) and when i use DVD Decrypter to create an .iso file of it. It shows an I/O Error Message. Has anyone else had problems with this movie before?

Could it be the fact i can see through the disc, it is a perfect disc though (plays perfectly, just not in my comp)?

the error message reads:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to read file E:/
The maxium number of secrets that can be stored in a single system has been exceeded.

The fact that it plays fine in a dvd player or on a dvd rom drive in a PC is no indication that the disc is fine. It is certainly not an indication that the disc is "perfect." Players and player software on a PC use error correction, to skip past problems. That is their job.

A rip cannot do this, though. It is dependant upon reading every bit and byte of data, accurately, so that it can decrypt, and then copy data. Thus, it will stop on even a single frame which has a single string of bad data (unreadable data).

I checked, and this is just a regular Buena Vista release, so it does not have the Sony / Columbia ArCCos copy protection. It appears to be the same as any typical commercial DVD.

Have you tried yet to clean the disc? Do you have two or more DVD drives on your PC? If so, you should also try it on the other drive, as they vary in how hyper-sensitive they can be to fingersmudges, grease spots, oily residue, etc.

Try ripping in file mode and not iso, and then open Shrink and see if this makes a difference.
