How many folders for DVDD do you create - 2 or three - I copy to the VIDEO_ folder but nothing is ever there - scubapete confuses me

What's confusing to you? You need to make sure you are copying all the files to the video_ts folder you created. You pick this folder under destination in DVDD.

I create two. The movie title ... then a video_ts folder within it.

Check your destination path for DVD Decrypter.
