I been reading the forums on the v710 and it seems people have had trouble with this, I think, most wonderful phone ever. I read how people wish they could use a mp3 as a ringtone. My ringtones are all Mp3's. I uploaded them myself using MPT. I read about the problems they have had with uploading and downloading pictures/movies/ringtones, etc with MPT. I have had no problems with my phone at all and I use Alltel as my provider. Maybe its verison phones that are so locked down.

I am wondering is there away to unlock this v710 phone of mine? Is there away to use my web on my phone for free? little things like that would be nice.

Maybe you can help me ?? I just bought a V710 and downloaded MPT 3.11 ?
I was able to transfor my phonebook but can't figure out how to send pic's or RT / MP3's to and from V710. Can you help ? I need step by step.

What I did was downloaded the earliest MPT they had and updated it with the auto update. try that... download the oldest MPT you can find on this forum and auto update it with MPT.
