I must be doing something obviously wrong. I can't download pictures from my camera. When I plug it in using the USB, I get as far as opening the ArcSoft PhotoImpression 4.0, then when I choose 'Get Photo", then "Camera/Scanner", I don't see my photos. All I see are the PI Sample photos. Someone please help!
