Convertible (Swivel) Portable DVD/Divx/Xvid?

Hi. I was looking online for portable divx/xvid/dvd players and stumbled on the Shinco SDP-6820 (http://www.firebox.com/?dir=firebox&action=product&pid=825). I loved the fact that it could swivel around and then become either laptop style or tablet style. Unfortunately, I'm in the US and I'm not sure if It'll work or I can buy it. It's multiregion, so it should play american files, but does anyone know where I can get it that'll ship to America? Also, I see you can get an optional tv tuner. Will this work in America or only on British broadcasts. Will it plug in to American outlets? It's odd that it's a japanese company and yet I can only find a british version. Does anyone know of a dvd/divx/xvid/preferably tv portable player (with screen) that will swivel like this? Is it a useful feature? If not, any other recommendations for players that will fit my needs? Thanks to anyone who can give any advice.
