Last I heard the GBA emulator for PS2 was being worked on.
And unfortunately there aint ever gonna be an N64 emulator for the PS2 {So I Heard, Anyway}
I suggest that you get both these emulators for the PC, and use a joypad.
Playing online with other people at Super Smash Brothers, Goldeneye 007, Mario kart 64 etc on kailleraclient :D

To play online with an N64 emulator, you need the client - Project64k
NOT project 64, it has to be project64k.
Once you have loaded your ROMS directory, you click file, then click netplay.

@jin: i've heard of a DS emu, but not for the ps2.
@aguas: i've tried to only play a VCD on my ps2. it was on cdrw, and that didnt work. it could be the version of the ps2 as well. i have a v7 and that's all i have to work with, so it's hard to say.

CD-RW's will work on some PS2's - not all - but they will strain laser a lot so it might be better to stay using CD-R's.
