I noticed that www.shop4tech.com has 100 pk. Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rs for $31.00 shipped. I've ordered Ritek G04's from them a number of times and they all worked just fine (only 1 or 2 coasters) but they either aren't selling those anymore (only selling G05's which I've read bad things about) or they are out of stock.
I've read on here that Taiyo Yuden's are supposed to be "The God of media" and whatnot but they are so cheap, I'm just curious...
Well I received these a week and a half ago and am just reporting on them... I have burned 6 movies and 1 game... all of which played really well in my PS2... the game was Darkwatch. They are about the quietest discs I've ever heard in my DVD drive on my PC, my DVD Player, and on my PS2! DVD Decrypter says they are TYG01s. When I run out, I'll most likely purchase some more of these.
