Im planning to buy a magic 3.1 modchip for my version 4 ps2 as swap magic wont play any my backups the chip will cost me £8.50 and i can mayb get it fitted off someone i know for free is this worth it?

well, there are better chips out there. but the magic 3.1 i have has worked good. cheap price too. although i am more familiar with USD
