i have used sheink and decrvpter many times, but i got a message that said something like "burn failed, not enough memory". i don't know where to go for the memory? my hard drive has over 100 gigs, and i have burned about ten movies on this computer since i got it. please help, thanks

it could b ur RAM usage how much ram is being used. also can u post the error log plz it could help

Also have you made sure you deleted your files from the hard drive after backing up your movies? You could very well be out of hard drive space as well 10 movies times 9GB equals 90 GB so you see you very well could be out of room. Get rid of those old files and if you have Norton installed make sure you look in your protected recycle bin.
