I have HD Loader with a bunch of games and the program, but my memory card can't boot the program. Anyway I can set it up?

What program are you talking about? You need either a modchip or swap magic to install a exploit onto the memory card unless you have some way of doing a FTP, after you install the exploit onto the memory card you need a Ps1 game to boot it, the best way of setting a exploit up to boot from a certain Ps1 games is a program called Independence Compiler, after that you should be all set.

Well I have the HD Loader program on my hard drive, except I don't own the CD. My memory card doesn't work anymore for booting the program.
