FMV skipping tool?

I recently bought Graffiti Kingdom (PAL)- it doesn't seem like the NTSC version is coming out any time soon.

I patched a copy with ADR patcher, and I patched another copy with Pal2NTSC with the Y-fix, without the P/N selector.

Both would boot, but... when I hit "start game" it boots an FMV...

and then it freezes at the FMV.

I'm thinking since these are PAL FMVs, it's probably the reason why it's freezing... so are there any utilities out there for skipping FMVs?

There was a patch on the Afterdawn forums a while ago for ADR but now it's gone....

If anyone can point me to a copy of that patch.data file that includes an fmv skip option I'll be quite grateful...
