can the Modbo version 1.1 be flashed with toxic's bios upgrade to allow playing of backups?

Modbo is a Matrix Infinity clone, so it cannot take a DMS4 flash. It can take some of the older Matrix Infin flashes, but a word of caution: don't ever try to go into the config menu. If you make any changes in the config menu, you will permanently render your chip inoperable. (It's a MI clone, but it doesn't clone the functionality of the config menu)
