hi all as you can guess i am new to this, can you help i have tried on killed many discs trying to change the region coding on the video_ts files, they are set as ntsc, i am trying to change them to reion 2 or british region so they will be able to play on my dvd player that cannot be region patched, i patch the files to all regions or region 2 tried both they say they are patched and then write the discs with stomp but they still will not play, the player has np's playing pal copied discs so i know the machine plays dvd-r's i have searched the forum's and found nothing on this subject, i hope you can help i can't think of anywhere better to turn.
perhaps you can suggest another program or evplain where i am going wrong.

DVD Decryptor doesn't change regions, it removes Macrovision protection and CSS decryption and copies the movie into your local HDD.

NTSC stays NTSC and PAL stays PAL.
