Easiest would probably be the DivX conversion tool that comes with DivX. Otherwise use something like AutoGK or AVI.net to convert to AVI and then mux subs, add chapters, etc. to create your DivX file. Think subs and multiple audio streams are about the only DivX features working in current standalones though.

Why would you rip to DivX first?, when you can just rip with decrypter or shrink and burn from there, it will save you over 4 hours, ripping to DivX with autoGK take over 2 hours for best quality on a 2.8 processor, while popping in the dvd, opening shrink, backing up the movie and burning with Nero takes me 30 min, 40 tops for a long movie.
