im not sure why but the disc tray on my ps2 doesn't open all the way...it stopes about and inch out then goes back in....i think my bro tried using the slide card and did it worng.....is there any way to fix it????

well it could be that the white pin that you pull
with the slide card is now in the wrong position

i do not use a slide card but did have my PS2 do that one.
What i did, and try this at your own risk.
and i also told several other people who fixed theirs this way

1. turn on the PS2 and push eject, when it starts to pop
out cut off the power.
now manually pull the tray GENTLY all the way out until
it is fully ejected.
now tun it back on and see if it works.
if not do the same thing but this time after pulling it out
all the way, also push it fully back in GENTLY
until fully closed. Now turn it back on and
press eject and test it.

But check the pin first and try moving it's position
all the way to the right

he may have had a problem and tryed pulling out the tray
or closing it manually and got it off a bit
