Flash the memory in the Ps2, so i can change the sounds at the Startup for the PS2 v12. I mean when you play a game, the Playstation 2 logo comes on and it plays a sound, i want to change that to a PSP sound.

Change the logo animation itself

Change the Startup video...when you turn on the system, you see a video and it says: Sony Entertainment...ir w/e

I want to change the ps2 skin/menu...i mean the screen that says BRrows, and System Configuration.

because, i want miy ps2 to be different, and less boring. Add new features, like mp3 player and stuff...just adding more features and making more customizable (not sure if thats a word). but yea.

Im pretty sure what your talking about is built into the bios and cant be moddified, or at least cant be with out removing and knowing everything sony does about that chip.
