whats the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R? and also CD-R and CD+R

there are no cd+r disc. I think the only difference is the compatability issues with DVD+R, but if ur drives support bookype, u can change to dvd-rom, the most compatably one with all players. I dont know hich is better. ur Opinion maybe

i use -R for all my games. If you have a v5 {S2 or above they should work just fine. The V5 and up will play either but i have had
more luck with DVD-R 8X discs for games
