I have a DVD burner LG HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA 4040-B with a new firmware update.This device can write with all format DVD blank.However I got a problem which I can not fix it by myself.
When I burn a Xbox game to DVD+RW(they are up to 4X speed) then playback on my Xbox I got no problem(writting speed at this time is 2.4X as it tell).However if I burn this game to DVD+R then I can not playback on my Xbox .Writting speed at this time is 4X.My Xbox can not read this disk .I tried 2 kind of disk:1-8X(what it mean?)speed SMARTBUY DVD+R blank disks and up to 4X Fujifilm DVD+R disks and got the same problem.Also If I burn a movie with these 2 kind of disk I got my DVD play back sometime.Can any body help ?Thans

if you are trying to do backups for your x-box.....

Thanks for reply but I do not mean that I want to back up Xbox game.I downloaded Xbox game from internet than burn to disk to play it.
