i am having trouble burning this movie and recieving errors at about 70% through. I've tried DVDD and dvd shrink with no sucess.

What are the errors? Just a guess but if the error is in the same place with both Shrink and Decrypter I would say the disc is dirty or scratched. Try cleaning the disc. If cleaning doesn't work try another copy of Bowling For Columbine.
