dvd boot disc swapmagic 3.6

For some reason the dvd boot disc of swapmagic 3.6 will not boot up, the compact disc will boot with no problems, i know its not the disc as this is the 3rd one that i have tried, there is also what sounds like the lens touching the dvd disc when it tries to load up, could this be the reason? is there a need to ajust the hight of the lens? and if so how?, i think i have inserted the tools A B & C correctly as the compact disc boots up, has anyone any suggestions as its driving me insane and i have lots of backups that need playing, please help

Yes, with no problems. I cant understand why it will boot the cd disc but not the dvd disc?????????????

I am having this same problem. When I put the DVD version in it goes to a black screen, then 5 seconds later it comes back to the screen where it shows memory cards and the disc in the drive.

The disc is labelled "Playstation 2 Disc" on the screen.

Im not sure about that, someone might know as they might have had the same reason, not sure, does anyone you know have Swap magic?? If so try their dvd disc and see if it works :)
