Here is an educated guess:
Sony sends game developers a special system and a bunch of blank disks that have a boot sector printed on them, that tells the machine it is a Sony game disk. A person could get that system and some of those disks, and put software on it that allows swapping. You could spend many thousand dollars to get those things or spend $20 and get the swap magic

Are you some little kid or something? I'm serious, you post the same question over and over again without even reading your answers in older posts most likely, which are always NO! You know the answer, and yet you keep asking. Because of you, many important topcis are getting bumped down, and most people don't look beyond the first page. And if you really want to know, why don't you just download the discs and try to burn them. Good luck!
