I have downloaded everything i can find ... one time it even worked for a second .. i have updated to 3.25b and it loads the phone .. but as soon as in click to get to the part where you can send the files back and forth it tries to load but will not pull up the files on the phone and then it loses the connection between the phone and the comp

if you have any ides i could sure use them ... thank you
