LOL, DUH i just got it.
It starts off saying that a boy and a girl is at the beach, so if one of them is lying about there gendre than both are.

yeah but either could be lying, so they could be 2 boys or 2 girls.
Actually it says at least 1 is lying, so both could be lying. In which case the blonde would be a boy.

i actually figured this puzzle out before i looked at the answer.you have to get a peice of paper a make a chart where you can cross out the tbe wrong answers and check the right answers.a process of elimination.anyway here is the answer:
