Please take a look what i want to do:

divx file-----> edit(cut and insert transitions)------> divx file

Many softwares like Vegas, VideoStudio, VideoWave, Pinnacle etc make this perfectly, but when i'm going to save the file, i have to re-encode ALL the file, and spend a lot of time. I'm looking for a software that just re-encode the edited area, like the transition. Mpeg Video Wizard makes this but with mpg files and now i need a divx editor.

Well You can do the Editing (Cutting and Joining) useing something like Virtual-Dub which will not re-encode when saveing the File when editing in "Direct Stream Copy" Mode...But you will have to Make all of your Cuts on KeyFrames or you will have Sync problems and you can not use VBR MP3 audio in your DivX Files.....

I don"t know of any AVI editors that have the Same Features for AVI files as the Mpeg Video Wizard has for Mpeg files and I have Tried Literally Hundreds of Editing programs.....

Minion i have tried(like you) hundreds of editing programs, no one is fast and easy working with .AVI like MVW is working with .mpg.
I use VirtualDub(Direct Stream Copy) but it has no transitions, this is the problem.

Other problem is that VDub will output an AVI so you would have to remux to .DivX at the end of it. Maybe DXN will release a .DivX editor some day?
