Hi.

Im having this weird problem when trying to boot dvdr backups, the first game i try to boot usually works fine, if i try to boot another one it won't boot, if i turn PS2 off from the back and let it be for a while and try to boot something the same thing happens again, the first backup boots fine, after that nothing boots.

Anyone have any idea what might cause this problem?

Sounds like you have a laser problem - try cleaning your laser with some swab and some cleaning alcohol.
