Hello,
I have a slimline ps2, i would like to play back ups on it, from my understanding the best way is SWAP MAGIC, as it does not void my warranty. I know i need some kind of switch thing aswell.I need to know wot switch thing is best value n best compatability, also where to buy it. i also wud like to know of a good back up burner n decrypter. If i need ne fin else please let me know.PLEASE USE SIMPLE TERMS. ANY help IS much APPRECIATED. Thank u. PeTe

Try mod-chip.com which sells, among other things, bundled swap magic discs with the 'switch thing' for V12 PS2s for a reasonable price. A good (well excellent) burner would be a Pioneer DVD-R 109 which costs about US$50. DVD Decrypter is the best program for back ups (and it absolutely free). You can down load it from this site as well as an instruction manual on how to use this program.
