If I just want to make a copy of a game and play it on swap magic 3.6 is making an iso with dvd decrypter. Then burning it at 4x ok process. I am waiting for my swap magic to come should be here tommorow.

DVD Decrypter is fine for making back ups and burning at 4x is also fine too. Just make sure that you use good media to back your games on - try Ritek or Verbatim. Oh, remember that not all games can be played using SW 3.6 cause - if a game is bigger than 4.3gb then it needs to be patched and if it's a dual layer game it needs to be rebuilt.

Why 4.3gb why not 4.7 the size of a regular DVD5 dvd?

Because swap magic can only swap with games the same as or smaller than the dvd size. However this is not 4.3GB its 4.6GB, so it rarely comes up. The only game I've had to rebuild is mercenaries. Bare in mind its PAL tho.
