how to make game load savegame from USB drive ?

i have AR and i have transfered all my save game to the USB drive but when i load the PS2 without using AR game wont recongnize the usb drive as a location for save game

what am i doing wrong ?

I have the same thing and I'm still trying to get this to work. I just don't get it. Anyone have any help.

It wont the usb drive is just a place to store extra game saves but if u wont the saves off of it u will have to transfer them back to the mem card with AR
