Big playback problem on PC

Hello! I was helped here before, so I am hoping, you guys can help me again.

I created a DVD with DVD lab pro, then used DVD Shrink since it was too big to fit on a disk. Whole movie has 5 chapters and I have 2 menues - main and chapter menu. DVD plays fine in my home player - I can use both menues, and movie plays from any place. In PC (using 2 different players one of which is PowerDVD and another Artisan) only main manu works, and only MOVIE button. Chapter button freezes the whole thing. Now when I start to play movie, it plays for about 5-7 minutes and then switches back to main menu - I tried it couple of times - on the same exact spot.
More - when I open a DVD with explorer and just play VOB file, everything is absolutely fine.
Hope you can give me some kind of advise.
