When backing up my original black hawk down, coach carter, and Diary of a mad black woman, My whole pc freezes up while encoding.

Any Ideas?

Heat might be the issue here. Your PC is going through alot of stress while encoding, and if your fans are not working or just plugged up with dust, heat can build up and cause your PC to freeze. Try opening up the case and placing a fan beside the tower to draw in some cool air. If you make it through the encoding process then you may have a faulty fan or just need a good cleaning in there.
