DVD2SVCD - PAL DVD recognized as NTSC

I'm trying to convert a PAL DVD to a PAL SVCD. In the conversion tab I get the correct film lenght, but DVD2SVCD chooses NTSC as the encoding format (at 29fps), so at the end I get a shorter movie (1:46 instead of 2:01). The audio is not synchronized because of this also. I saw that the DVD2AVI output file is saying that the film has 29fps, but this is not true, and if I execute the statement DVD2SVCD executes to run DVD2AVI but from a separate command prompt it generates a output file saying it has 25fps... So I think is DVD2SVCD that is generating some wrong environment conditions to DVD2AVI, but what can be the problem? It worked before with other PAL DVDs and with many DIVX, why this error with this DVD? The DVD causing this problem is "Se7en"
