i have a set of 12 avi files, i have been able to convert these types of files before using divxtodvd by loading each file in seperately then convert once all files have been loaded. For some reason it will now allow me to do that this time, i can load them all in but when i come to convert them it says it cant create an output folder. they will convert individually but its saying it will take four hours to convert eact small file (about 10 minutes film each) Any suggestions would be helpful, Thank You

Hi there,

What version of VSO DivXtoDVD are you using ?

What's the target directory set at ?
Is it empty ?

Is your recycle bin full ?
Temp dir full ?

What size are those files ?
I usually do a 700 Mb AVI in about 1 hour (Average)...
using VSO DivXtoDVD v1.99.13

He means, what is your "Destination folder"... which you can see when you first open the program (It's the next section below "Source file")
