I have a video file that reads kvcd.mpg and i want to burn to dvd. Im sure this is an easy one so someone please help.

Convert you kvcd with DivXtoDVD to get it into DVD compliant format:
http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/v...
Then burn the resulting VOB files with Nero.
