i have a V600 that i have for roughly a month now.
now, i've connected the phone and used MPT and so on a couple times before. however, now, whenever i try, it tells me that "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." and im wondering what it is.

The phone now shows up as an unknown device. i uninstalled the drivers that were installed and now cannot get to reinstall them. in comparison, my father's V300 shows up fine in windows (SP2).

also, the phone had a minor drop....im worried that that may have something to do with it.
