I have a V180 motorola cell phone and have downloaded the Mobile phone tools V3.11. It always says "initializing and when I want to transfer tunes to my cell, it says unsupported format, wheter it's mp3 or mid files, which are both supported by my cell. What can I do to send those tunes to my cell?
