how to digitalise a picture Eg: a image that is full of squares which software can fix these up

I'm not sure what you are wanting to do. To digitalize a picture means to con vert it to a digital format by scanning it. But maybe you are talking about JPEG artifacts created from too much compression, otherwise known as the jaggies. Or do you have a low resolution image that you are trying to make larger and the pixels are showing in the image. Be more specific and maybe I can help.

Do you have Photoshop? It has a feature that will allow that by the click of a button.
