SwapMagic 3 (PAL version) screen position problem with Plasma HDTV?

Hi,

I recently replaced my television set with a (PAL, but it supports NTSC signals from things such as DVDs) NEC 61XR3W HTDV Plasma TV and when I try to boot up an NTSC (though I haven't tried booting PAL discs with Swap Magic) disc, I can select PAL as the Video Mode to stop flicker, but the screen seems to have been pushed up about 15-20% of the picture so I get a big black bar at the bottom and the top part of the image is cut off.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
