Need Help With DVD+RW to WMV Conversion..

Greetings to all and great forum. Newbie with a dumb question.

Would like to convert a tv show on (DVD+RW) media to WMV, Real Video, Quicktime and Flash for streaming purposes. Is it possible ?

Please advise on tools, guides or steps to accomplish these conversions.

Currently have DVD decrypter, ASPI and DVD shrink installed.

PC SPECS:
OS : XP
HDD: 80GB
BenQ DVD Burner
InterVideo WinDVD 4
