I want to rip a DVD file that have a subtitle in it. I want to make a VCD that have a full subtitle and this VCD can play on any VCD player. I realy need it quick, so if anyone know please help me. Thanks.

VCD's don't officially support subtitles, you have to include those into the video file. One way to do the process:
