major help needed by the ps2 burning masters!

ok, i have athens 2003 for ps2, and a few weeks back i copied the files to my hard drive ( not image file, just drag n drop ) incase i ever needed to back up. now my disc is damaged and dirty so i cant make an image file. all i have is the files and folders on my hard drive. i tried to burn a data disc with nero to see if that would work, but i get the file is over 2 gig error and cant be burned.

i've looked everywhere on the net and all i can find is how to make then burn ps2 image files.

what i need to know is can i get these files onto dvd to work on the ps2, its the files such as sles and data and others.

please please someone help me!
