Dvd backup problem

I have backed up dvd movies using clonedvd for about 6 months now and have not got any problem until now. This message poped up while it was copying the dvd to my hard drive: http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/2326/dvd9va.jpg

Does anyone know what this means or know how to fix this please?

I have also tried dvd decrypter but that crashed while reading the dvd. Dvd shrink also crashed while trying to back up the dvd. I also tried dvdfab platinum but that crashed also.

Any help would be great, thanks.

It sounds like you might have a "Dodgy" disc. Try returning it for another copy. Many times the mfgr puts out discs with flaws AND while they play alright, indepth reading as needed for copying gets mired down.
