I have problem with sound in cinematic seqences. In some games (Digital Devil Saga, Gungrave, Sukiden III) when plaing backups sound in cinematic seqences is terrible (but the speed and quality of the picture is ok). Later, in the game sound and mosic are just fine.

It shouldn't be laser problem 'coz my PS2 is only 3 weeks old

I'm using SwapMagic 3.6+
All backups have been burned with DVD decryptor at x2 speed on TDK or SONY DVDs
PS2 is connected to my PC (TVcard) via RGB cable

I'd advise you to start using Verbatim or Tayo yuden dvd-r's, they seem to be less of a strain on the ps2 laser, and they're the best brands at the moment.
