i have swap magic v3.6 with slide card and gameshark 2 v4. what i tried was: gameshark->slide magic->back-up. didn't work. what do i do to have gameshark codes work on dvd back-up

I really wish I could help cause I had troubler with codes using swap magic, but couldn't ever get it to work. I ended up geting a regular modchip and can play with codes now so I stopped researching. Good luck with it. I hope you can get it working.

You might not need to swap in the sm. Just eject when gs asks and insert swap magic, then swap in game

you can try this
download DVDLoaderv7 http://members.cox.net/candrid2/index.html
now burn it to a DVD
then try this
load Gameshark, pick the game and codes you want and do what
you need to start game with codes.
Then EJECT and put in swap magic DVD version
SWAP out for DVDloader when it asks for disc
press EJECT and put Swap Magic DVD back in when asks for disc
SWAP for your back up

this worked with my Swap Magic 3.0 and AR Max
