Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this. I am new to these forums.
I was wondering if there was a program (free) that I could burn a dvd to my hard-drive, and then watch it on my computer. I have no interest in burning it onto another DVD, I just want to recline in my chair and watch the movie on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

If you've got Windows Media Player 10, you can use it to view your movie as well. Cyberlink PowerDVD is better though!

Open powerdvd then click on what looks like a dvd drive in the right bottom corner of the player face. Click on open dvd file on hard disc drive. Locate and click on the video_TS folder you ripped to your hdd. It should start playing.
