Ive just started burning DVDs, and have had no problems so far, except for the movie Armageddon. I am using Nero 6 Ultra Edition, and has done all the other movies fine.

However, when I go to Nero, and then to Make your own DVD Video, I go to add Video files, it only allows 99 of them. This has been fine with all the other movies considering the main movie was in 3 or 4 parts, each part 30, 40, 50mins... But, with Armageddon, there is about 600 some odd parts. Each part only a few seconds. Since the program will only let 99 in, I cant do the movie!

Make sense? If not, I can try to explain better. So, how do I go about doing Armaggedon another way?

if u have Nero recode use that it will compress movie to fit onto a DVD5 if not download DVD Shrink and shrink film to hdd then burn with Nero or other suitable burning software with shrink insert movie then click open disc select drive where movie is then click back up it will then ask where u want to put it select hard disk folder and name folder so u know what ur looking for later then click ok it will compress movie down to 4.35g when done ur folder where u saved film will have two files inside audio ts and video ts open up Nero goto backup and select burn image to disc a screen will come up just press cancel then u will see some options select dvd video files then a box will open up goto where u saved film open folder highlight video ts then click add then finished ur film is ready to burn then click next and then burn hope u find this helpful?

I also have had an issue with Armageddon. I have successfully used DVD Shrink many times, with little issue. However, after shrinking this DVD, the screen at the bottom left read: "This DVD is not Region Compatible on this Drive", or something to that affect.

I've used Region Free on everything from Lord of the Rings to The Matrix Trilogy & had no problems backing them up. Has anyone had a similar problem or can anyone offer some advice?

Been a long time since I burned this one but, if I remember correctly, I used DVD Decrypter (Free) and it will remove all region codes.

I used DVD Shrink, Movie only and chose Title 1, I think, I?m 2old2remember but I think this one has some other angles like Title 2, maybe.

Changed the writer from Nero to DVD Decryptor (using DVD Shrink)& it worked fine. Thanks for the advice.
