I have DVD X KEY (AKA Neo 2.5) i had this for years and I use ar2 v2 to boot dvdr backups and cd backups. I never had any problems booting games till now. I have bought winning eleven 9 on a dvdr (import ps2 game) i am trying to play it it won't boot i use the same booting method.
1- Insert ar2 v2
2-swap with original Devil may cry (i use)
3- With codes choose Dave Mirra (what ever that game is called) error comes too many codes tray comes out
4-i put in dvdr backup and press x
it worked all the time till now wen i try to boot this game. I also ripped this game to fit it on the cd but no success booting this game. Wen i try same games copies at my cousins he has no swap chip. where u just put in backup and loads it works on his but not mine. That game is only 1.17gb and i use devil may cry which has TOC 4.37gb one of my friend said use lesser TOC game to boot this one. I have tried with some demos and originals but no success.
Can any body tell me why can't i boot this game. It could be they have somekind of file in the game which won't let my neo2.5 boot the game. I don't know please let me know what shall i do.
Other games don't work are: Juiced and Need for speed underground 2 and 1.
Rest boot like Tekken 5, cricket 2005 and Brian lara 2005.
I have ordered Swap Magic 3.6 with slide tool i was just wondering if i can use combo of swap magic and neo 2.5. To make swap magic to work i have to use slide tool which is bit dangerous, i have neo 2.5 also installed in my ps2 where i used to put ar2v2 cd in and then i hold reset button green and blue light flashes and tray comes out for swap with original game. Can i use same method but this time putting swap magic disc in and hold reset button till green and blue flash and wen tray comes out then swap with copied game. Will that work. Or do i have to use swap magic with slide tool.
I am not sure if i made my self clear sorry for my bad english. If u have understood please let me know what do do.
I have asked 2 questions 1- why my neo 2.5 boots other dvd-r and cd backups but winning eleven 9 ?
2- Is it possible to use swap magic but using neo 2.5 botting method ?
