hi,

i want to convert a VOB file into a MTV file, but i need a codec. I do not know where to find the right codec for this, does anyone know?

and what is a mpegII splitter filter?

what is an MTV file??? a file to watch MTV lol ;) maybe you could try ffmpegx.
you can dl it here at afterdawn.
