I use diko to convert to dvd and it gives me back an iso image and a video_ts folder containing .ifo, .vob, .bup files, when i burn back the iso file with decrypter everything works well but sometimes it is nesessary to edit the ifo files with ifoedit to set the video flags. I do this and then create an iso with folder2iso and burn back with decrypter, when i do this my movie jumps where the vobs would meet on the disc. I used imgtool burn to put the vobs into a nero image and burned with nero, this time the burned disk played back with part of the left and right of the screen missing, this also happens when i use vsocopytodvd to burn.

So my problem in a nutshell is this.
1) I can alter video flags,create an iso(folder2iso) and burn with decrypter. Result: Disc jumps but has correct aspect ratio.

2) Alter video flags, create image with imagetool burn, burn with nero. Result: Video is in wrong aspect ratio.

3) Alter video flags, burn vobs to disc with vso copytodvd. Result: Video is in wrong aspect ratio.

I don't have to manually adjust the flags on the movie i am currently working on but i have another movie file that i will need to correct and so i need to resolve this issue.

In imagetool burn the file system flags ticked are UDF and ISO 9660, JOLIET and MODE2 are left unchecked, if that helps, though i doubt it.
